Course Description

Nature Retreat in Discovery Park

Students will propose an intervention for one of three representative site conditions found at Discovery Park in Seattle. Using the given site section, and their deep observation studies of the place, students will design a nature retreat – dedicated to working, resting and conversing – which will form a part of the larger network of visitor shelters at Discovery Park.
